Funções a Desempenhar During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn more about human resources and strengthen your data analysis skills by working side by side with our HR Data Analysts, work shadowing and supporting them before picking up on further responsibilities. In time, you will start acting as a consultant towards several stakeholders, partnering up with counterparts across different areas in order to translate business needs into self-developed fact-based solutions. In your new role you will:- Develop new self-service data solutions, such as Certified Data Sources, Dashboards, or List Reports;- Own and handle the solutions you’ve developed as they go into sustain, namely by troubleshooting & bug-fixing, enhancing & maintaining features throughout life-cycle, enabling & supporting end-users, as well as managing involved stakeholders and relevant communication flows;Trend-scout and consult on data-related matters;- Support HR & business in taking better, faster, fact-based decisions, driving HR transformation further. Requisitos Necessários You are proactive, display a motivated working attitude and have a structured and self-driven working style. Your strong communication skills allow you to build and leverage solid relations and cooperate with different stakeholders. Furthermore, you have strong analytical skills combined with the ability and interest in developing user-friendly BI solutions to support decision-makers. You are best equipped for this task if you have:- A University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a similar field of studies;- Concrete knowledge and understanding of reporting solutions & data analysis process, be it via analytical educational background and/or through hands-on experience during e.g. curricular internship;- BI software know-how – both on data flows and visualization ends - preferably Tableau;- HR processes knowledge is not mandatory, but would be a plus;- Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with hands-on spirit and outstanding planning capacity;- Team spirit, high attention to detail and stakeholder management capability;- Fluency in English (mandatory) .
