Office & Factory Supplies, HR Services, Training, MarCom, … By analyzing spend and contract data, you identify commercial opportunities to drive Siemens Gamesa forward. Your ability to negotiate and your strength in building strategic supplier relationships is a strong contributor to satisfy our stakeholder needs.We are looking for a Senior Commodity Management professional for Portugal, within the Regional Management Procurement organization.From this position you would support the effective and optimal sourcing of the different products & services, for commodities like Real Estate. Office & Factory Supplies, HR Services, Training, MarCom, …, and required by the operating areas of SGRE global organization in collaboration with the Corporate Procurement Category Teams, Regions, and local stakeholders.You contribute to the development of global strategies of Procurement with cross-functional partners, managing the commodity globally / x-organizationally.You will create and implement strategies for Siemens Gamesa globally, incl. the selection of suppliers and service partners.Manage relationship with direct suppliers and sub-tier suppliers globally leading to pooling/bundling of demands in close collaboration with our partners.Define commodity structure and supplier landscape; develop and implement material efficiency programs/ measures to achieve the maximum contribution to the targetsDefine and implement negotiation concepts and strategies to increase savings; negotiate frame contracts, implement E-auctionsIdentify and mitigate procurement risks, opportunities, and market forces to avoid potential damage/ exploit potential opportunities through tailored risk/opportunity managementBuild and maintain business relationships with executive management of major suppliers to furnish and obtain timely information regarding market conditions, trends, and their effect on price and supplyBuild and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring the coverage of needs from business / execution areasYou will jointly develop sourcing strategies and ensure that Siemens Gamesa’s interests are represented appropriately.You will create transparency of all Procurement related cost globally and will develop process improvements and savings opportunities to support demand management within the business and contribute to a more cost-efficient organization.5+ years of experience within Strategic Procurement (tender preparation and execution, negotiation, supplier relationship management, …)BA/BS in Business Management, Economics, Legal or Procurement.Strong analytical, planning and project management skills; results driven personality; excellent and experienced negotiation skills in procurement.Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal business and external collaboration partners/suppliers at senior management level.Previous experiences in Legal, Consulting environment will be highly appreciated.Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI and ERP systems (SAP - Ariba)Proficiency in Portuguese & English as a must.
