David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard seasoned Performance Marketing Manager (Russian speaking) to join their team.   Position: Performance Marketing Manager Location: remote, anywhere in Europe or office based, Montenegro Work model: fully remote  Employment type: Services Agreement.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the day-to-day management of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest Develop, optimize, and scale campaigns for multiple brands while achieving ROAS targets Continuously test and evaluate targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and different approaches to improve results in app-based campaigns (Android and iOS) Regularly analyze campaign performance and KPIs to assess success and ensure alignment with goals Manage the complete creative development process, including user-generated content (UGC) Utilize your expertise in Paid Social to understand its role within the broader media mix and its impact on the client's overall business objectives Stay current on the latest best practices and strategies in paid social media and user acquisition. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in Russian both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) A degree in Marketing or a related field will be considered as a significant advantage Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, with a primary focus on Facebook Ads and mobile paid social campaigns Previous experience in EdTech or FinTech industries is a must Proven success in managing direct response social media campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and manage reporting tools Proficient in MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc. Solid technical understanding of social media buying platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn Hands-on experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing paid social media campaigns Experience with reporting, tracking, and generating insights from campaign data High level of initiative, autonomy, enthusiasm, and reliability.   BENEFITS: Work with an international team from the comfort of your home Company-provided equipment (laptop, headset, etc.)  Udemy Business unlimited membership Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment Opportunities for professional growth Exposure to leading technologies and modern business practices like Agile.
