Extracurricular Internship: UX and Innovation (f/m/div.)

Job DescriptionThe goal of this internship is to support the Product Management team in consolidating, updating information, and preparing documents and/or tools, focusing on evaluating innovative concepts in the use and launch of new products.Your contribution to something big:Participating in the preparation of projects aimed at conducting market studies, as well as validating concepts with customers/users using UX (User Experience) and Design Thinking tools;Participating in UX research and design processes, iterating and finalizing UX designs across various platforms used by the company;Accompanying the process of defining Technical Use Cases for different markets, promoting discussions and supporting information research with technical agents in the markets, based on existing databases;Updating documents and databases associated with UX activities and Technical Use Cases;Supporting the communication of information and preparation of documentation with different markets to support the technical promotion of new products;Supporting the moderation and development of activities that foster the Innovation process in the Business Unit.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you: Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Communication, or Design;Experience and Know-how:Knowledge of User-Centered Design methods;Experience with up-to-date design tools (ideally Figma, Sketch, Abstract);Valuable additional knowledge: Power BI, Tableau, R Studio, Text Mining, Sentiment R, MovieMaker;Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office;Personality:Good analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit;Ability to work and communicate design solutions in iterations;Growth mindset – willing to learn whatever you don’t know yet;Willingness to work in a multinational team environment;Accountability and proactivity;Communication: Good communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.Additional InformationWork #LikeABosch includes: Flexible work conditions | Hybrid work system | Medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic) | Training opportunities | Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products | Sports and health related activities | Free parking lot | CanteenSuccess stories don´t just happen.
