Join our team in Portugal.The challengeManage the budgeting process of Portuguese entity and support in the global budgeting process;Monthly (ad-hoc) financial analysis to support decision-making and ensure financial stability;Manage the monthly CCR (Cost Center Reports) reporting process and work closely with department owners on cost variance analysis;Manage the monthly rolling 12 month forecast for Portuguese entity and support on global monthly rolling 12 month forecast process;Profitability studies, cost analyses, implementation of regular cost review schemes;Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports and analysis for Portuguese entity and support on global KPI reporting and analysis;External Financial reporting (shareholders, banks and other);Update monthly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) dashboards;Responsibility for the monthly closing and Portuguese management accounts;Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and budgeting;Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.What you offerBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred;Having 5-7 years’ experience in a finance role;Experience in SaaS industry preferable;Portuguese GAAP knowledge;IFRS knowledge preferable;Advanced Excel skills;Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).What we offerExcellent family-like environment and working conditions;An onboarding program to guide you through all the company's departments;Several amenities and perks;Unique office space in the historical center of Porto;All the benefits of a large corporation combined with an informal and friendly environment;A commitment to your development (we enjoy sharing and learning), with a career plan and regular feedback (regular 1-1 meetings and performance reviews);Health insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
