RnD Compound Developer

Job DescriptionIn your role as RnD Compound Developer you are responsible for the development of innovative rubber compounds according to customer requirements via our internal gateway processes. You demonstrate and ensure the performance capability of newly developed compound concepts in the initial industrialization phase (Pilot). You develop and maintain know-how regarding the transfer of tire performance to compound properties. You will also be leading compound development projects and participate as a team member in other RnD projects as required. You are involved in the pro-active integration of sustainable materials in the development process.
