Network Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Network Specialist to join our team. This role requires a proactive and analytical individual who can ensure the optimal performance and availability of network terminals, manage incidents, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. What you'll do:

Monitor the availability (uptime) and performance of terminals; Manage requests/incidents related to terminals, identifying the cause and providing the appropriate solution, while ensuring support and intervention from suppliers within the agreed SLAs; Support the analysis and resolution of incidents/failures with suppliers and/or clients; Preventive maintenance management of the network by analyzing the performance of each network to introduce preventive practices with suppliers; Manage relationships with maintenance and technical support suppliers; Support Network Management Technicians by providing assistance and guidance when necessary in various activities.

What you will need to bring:

At least 3 years of accumulated experience within the last 5 years in managing network terminals; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Access and Excel; Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

What will be valued:

Experience with ServiceNow; Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SCCM, etc.); Knowledge of monitoring and performance tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
