Job Description : Your contribution to something big :

  • You will be responsible for quality in logistics department.
  • You will lead the logistics quality team, responsible for complaint management and for logistics quality requirements definition and implementation.
  • You will be responsible for quality logistics department KPR/KPI and steer activities to fulfil quality targets.
  • You will coordinate and / or participate in internal / external audits.
  • It will be in your responsibility the definition and follow-up of measures to improve logistics quality performance.
  • You will also lead projects in logistics related with continuous improvement
  • You will be responsible for your team development and motivation.

Qualifications : What distinguishes you :

  • Enthusiasm: Enthusiastic for logistics, quality and all the supply chain, we desire someone that has fun to collaborate with customers, suppliers and international teams; like to identify and solve problems. Enjoy the team together at office as well with home office.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership experience. Ability to give and receive feedback and high capacity to inspire your team to overcame challenges and achieve targets.
  • Know How: We want someone with knowledge about logistics processes, quality tools like 8D reporting, problem solving, process FMEA's, SPC and quality process management. Preferred knowledge in SAP or similar

ERP. Experience in OEM logistics guidelines such as MMOG and VDA standards.

  • Personality: We are looking for someone with a strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills and ability for continuous improvement.
  • Experience: We are looking for someone with a minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industrial operations, preferably in quality focus on customer requirements.
  • Education: Background in Quality or Industrial Engineering.
  • Working: Good skills to understand complex technical topics, being result-orientated and Self-organized. You have an analytical mindset and resilience for further process improvement.
  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory (spoken and written). German proficiency is a plus.
