What part will you play?

• In your new role, you will act as an IT architect for Low Code solutions Mendix and Pega, incl. solution design for cloud-based IT solutions
• You will also understand the platform architectures of Mendix and Pega and keep them up to date with the latest developments as well as oversee and integrate Mendix dedicated Cloud into the Siemens infrastructure
• Furthermore, you will act as liaison to the platform providers to expand and improve existing solutions, support in the resolution of incidents related to the platforms and develop new features and Siemens demands
• You will act as technical lead for the Mendix cloud Operations team and serve as the technical key contact for IT partners and software providers regarding the future development of low code service offerings and the integration into the Siemens landscape, incl. troubleshooting of connection problems
• You will advise and work on technical (implementation) solutions for our customers and ensure that best practices and guidelines are applied
• You will oversee Mendix Makershub and support node requests and firewall requests, as well as Simplex tickets
• The work with development teams to resolve complex implementation challenges around security, integration, data modelling, app performance, deployment strategies, etc. by finding innovative solutions will also be part of your responsibilities
• You will drive and manage processes related to Siemens regulatory requirements, e.g. Information security, Asset classification & protection, protection concepts for IT assets, data protection

What you need to make real what matters.

• You have many years of experience (at least 5 years) in designing and implementing cloud solutions, including at least 3 years with increasing responsibility
• You bring proficient and practical experience in architecting, designing and managing continuous delivery systems using agile methodologies
• You also bring hands-on experience in architecting and implementing solutions in large IT projects
• You have expert knowledge in low-code platforms Mendix and/or Pega
• You also have in-depth knowledge of cloud platforms/solutions (e.g. AWS)
• Your distinctive know-how about regulatory requirements of Siemens in IT projects and services, e.g. information security, protection concepts, asset classification & protection (ACP) and data privacy, completes your profile
