Job Description : Your contribution to something big : Overtaking global responsibility for the definition, maintenance and further development of manufacturing standards for processes linked with heat pumps structure, connecting product development with manufacturing, in all Bosch Thermotechnology plants. You will:

  • Responsible to share best practices relevant to quality, cost and delivery of KPIs and to keep living network in terms of communication and steering (eg. workshop and factory visit);
  • Define global technical specifications for standards together with Local Owners;
  • Develop and optimize standards, including complexity reduction, best practice sharing and rationalization;
  • Specify, monitor and define how to collect relevant data for KPI;
  • Develop an implementation plan together with the Local Owners as an input for the technology/factory roadmap, as well as long term planning including process development for innovative solutions;
  • Support, advice and train Local Owners and necessary module/product GPOs;
  • Collect quality issues, participate in problem solving and steer preventive measures through a central process of FMEA;
  • Evaluate and propose change requests and ECR together with Local Owners;
  • Technical counter partner for planning and procurement of equipment;
  • Participation and exchange on Thermotechnology level.

Qualifications : What distinguishes you :

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Experience in sheet metal forming and joining processes;
  • Experience in process planning (P-FMEA, Machine/tool Specifications, Machine/tool Capability), investment and resources planning;
  • Knowledge of Manual Assembly processes and Welding;
  • Knowledge on MTM, Ergonomics, Mechanic Construction of Tools and robotization;
  • High degree of initiative, good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good communication skills, fluency in English.
