International Assignment & Business Travel

Your contribution to something big : Support to all Bosch Portugal associates in identifying legal requirements for travel to other countries; registration on legal authorities web portals; identification of requirements in countries of destination; issuing A1 certificates; expatriate related processes around the whole employee lifecycle (contracting, salary reviews, reporting, KPIs), calculation of wage differentials in the different countries of destination; Preparation and submission of statistical reports. Working within HR Service team, the HR International assignment and Business travel specialist will also work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR community members, not only ensuring that HR orders and requests are completed within the defined timelines but doing consultancy in international assignments procedures; explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to associates (assignees);

Qualifications : What distinguishes you :

• Degree in Organizational Human Resources Management or other Social/ Management areas
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization;
• Experience in International Assignment matters (preferably)
• Fluency in written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Microsoft Office knowledge (MsWord and MsExcel)
• Experience working with SAP
