Your future duties and responsibilities : As a Incident Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for planning and coordinating all the activities required to perform, monitor, and report on the process.
  • Remediate deviation of a process for its particular division/department/school.
  • Responsible for communicating with the Incident Process Owner.
  • Point of contact for all Major Incidents.
  • Well versed in ITIL.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role : Education and Certification

  • University degree or comparable education.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experienced in Incident Management.
  • English Language (written and spoken).
  • German Language (optional)
