The team you'll be part of

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

You will be part of the Charging business line of Business Applications that focuses on how CSPs and enterprises can unlock the value of their network investments through flexible, cloud-native monetization tools. You will be a part of the leadership team that establishes Nokia as the market leader in the Charging subsegment of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS) with specialty in 5G Charging and Converged Charging towards CSP and 5G Slice Charging targeting enterprise markets.

What you will learn and contribute to

  • Serve on the overall Business Line management team and contribute to business planning and continual P&L improvement.
  • Deliver Best in Class Services & Care capabilities that ensure timely, consistent and cost-effective services and care and delight our customers across the globe
  • Collaborate with market services and other services organizations to create strategy, discipline and execution plans that ensure consistent quality service delivery and cost efficiency
  • Introduce new opportunities to create value for customers through new services and care offerings and pioneer new delivery (e.g. -aaS) and services models
  • Collaborate with PLM, Architecture and Engineering to deliver products with strong Serviceability & Maintainability features
  • Optimize effort within Services and Care while also achieving cross-domain synergies
  • Build and maintain a pool of resources for effectively and efficiently delivering complex tasks while balancing workforce capability to meet market demand
  • Increase Productivity and Drive Efficiencies with the use of AI, Tools & Automation

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • 15+ years of experience in managing Telecom software services, delivery and/or care organization
  • Proven change leader with a clear vision for how to deliver timely, consistent, and cost-effective services that delights our customers and grows margins.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and matrix organizations to drive continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of good engineering practices including Agile methods and automation
  • Proven experience implementing new tools and modes of operation that led to improved quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong people management with excellent coaching / mentoring skills
  • Build and be part of teams that thrive on learning, feedback, curiosity and constant capability development
  • Empower decision making as close as possible to where the work is performed and hold all levels accountable for their business outcomes
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering, or Business Administration
