Role Overview: As a Customer Support Advisor for a leading international home furnishings retailer, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a key representative of the brand. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers through various remote channels, providing product information, addressing delivery issues, troubleshooting account-related problems, and ensuring accurate responses to inquiries while maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for customers in your role as a Customer Support Advisor.  Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers through remote communication channels.  Share comprehensive product information and work to close sales during interactions.  Assist customers with delivery inquiries, track shipments, and resolve issues.  Address concerns related to customer account management and software functionality.  Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
