To know more about us click here.Mission of the Role: Finance Analyst to become part of the Engineering Finance team and work together with the Engineering team to make sure we achieve the material cost savings.Key Objectives of this Role: Ensure material cost savings based on VAVE actions committed by Engineering teamWorking with Engineering team to drive and facilitate the implementation of ideasEstablish connection with different teams (Procurement, Plant, Sales, and other)Manage and track status in project management toolPresent financial status to Corporate Finance and different stakeholders Key Year One Deliverables: Achieve VAVE target, comprehend our internal processes, and challenge for improvement.Qualification, Experience and Skills: Degree in Finance/ AccountingAt least 3 years of experience in Accounting, Audit or similarAdvanced presentation skillsFluent in English (mandatory)Advanced knowledge in MS ExcelDetail oriented and rigorousStrong critical thinking, problem solving, efficient communication skills and proactivityAble to work in a changing environment Key Behaviors Detail OrientedFunctional ExpertThought Provoking Reporting Structure: Position will report to Engineering Finance Europe ManagerVisteon Culture: If you thrive in a fast-paced, organizational culture that requires agility, adaptability, and a growth mindset from its employees to thrive and stay ahead of the curve Visteon is the place.
