About the Role : This is an exciting opportunity to join Kitch and our Finance team. You will be responsible for all business control, ensuring that all KPIs are reported, analyzed and controlled, keeping in mind Kitch targets. You will be crucial for Kitch’s growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Produce monthly reports, which include P&L (per countries), key metrics, financial results, forecast and variance reporting;
  • Ensure we are in line with budget;
  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support;
  • Support the team on financial technical topics (tax, opening new countries, etc.);
  • Account receivables control;
  • Support in the preparation of budget and cash forecasts, monitoring, analysis and deviations;
  • Analyze and justify Financial vs Accounting differences;
  • Assist on development projects for supporting the operations and the business;
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization;
  • Lead and participate in Adhoc projects for the company's objectives.

Requirements :

  • University degree in Management, Finance or relevant field;
  • Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheet and easy learning of new software;
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus);
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • 1 - 3 years of work experience in a Financial department
