We are hiring Spanish speakers on behalf of our client running a project dedicated to a leading company dedicated solely to beauty, leveraging over 110 years of expertise to understand and fulfill the diverse desires and aspirations of consumers worldwide. Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat, phone, emails, web forms, and social media platforms. - Handle consumer requests, providing information and resolving complaints. - Deliver exceptional solutions and services. - Offer professional, accurate, and timely product and beauty advice. Qualifications: Must Have : - Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Customer orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Native-level proficiency in European Spanish plus proficiency in English (B2 and higher) - Proficient IT skills, including the ability to efficiently use tools to report interactions. - Availability to work in shifts. Nice to Have: - Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury sectors. - Knowledge and experience with digital and social media platforms. - Prior customer service experience. Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch), Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00.
