We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Service Coordinator to join our Porto office who will play a key role in achieving our ambitious overall business objectives.

As Customer Service Coordinator you are responsible for providing frontline responses to queries and requests from our clients. You take care of a consistently high service-level by providing prompt resolutions for service issues that are brought to you attention through the client, ONE Service Cloud and other channels.

In cooperation with all other departments and supported by ONE's growing range of customer self-service tools you contribute to a superior Customer Service experience overall for all our clients.

Main responsibilities : You are responsible for/to:

  • the execution of all occurring and assigned administrative tasks, approaching the Import/Export customer as and when needed to sort out a service task
  • a prompt frontline response to service queries and initiate and offer solutions for issues/cases
  • ensure that given details, data processed in the correct way and the customer issues are advised to the correct parties
  • maintain and enhance ONE's service to customers overall, to ensure defined quality standards and KPIs are met
  • ensure good collaboration and communication within the department and across
  • support ONE's digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our ecommerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable
  • In addition to the major responsibilities detailed in this job description, the job holder will carry out any other duties or projects that are assigned by the company

We are looking for :

  • Professional experience in the field of transport
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel especially)
  • Experience working with collaborative CRM tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
