R2r / Accounting - Team Lead (M/F/d) Lisbon

Shared Services Centre based in Lisbon - Medical Devices Company

Your new role : Delivery accounting and reporting processes in scope; Team Management (around 8 direct reports); Manage process documentation update as required; Execute more complex period end tasks for assigned entity(ies), focusing on key and critical accounts; Report actuals in reporting system on timely manner and meeting quality targets; Compliance according to internal procedures and legislation; Support migration projects (eg : work shadowing, work instructions creation); Proactively assist areas of improvement to help maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, lead the implementation of complex improvement initiatives; Stimulate cross process and cross function cooperation required to achieve overall goals for GBS; Execute on KPI data gathering and analysis.

What you need to be successful : Master’s degree in relevant area; Additional accounting certification is a plus; At least 8y of overall combined accounting, finance and tax experience; Leadership experience and stakeholder management; Experience in working with IFRS and local standards; IT Skills : SAP, Excel and Power BI (nice to have); English fluent (mandatory); Previous experience into Shared Services environment; Experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry (nice to have).
