Responsibilities Evaluate wind turbine performance using data science and machine learning techniques Develop and implement verification tools and methodologies for software features Create data-driven decision support tools and analyses for leadership Provide analytics support to other teams for high-profile issues Develop advanced prognostic and diagnostic algorithms using wind turbine data Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB Familiarity with data visualization tools like Grafana or Power BI Prior experience working with wind turbine data or in the renewable energy sector Experience with developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms Experience working in an agile environment, managing backlogs, and participating in sprint planning Expertise in using data analysis and statistical software, such as SQL or SAS Competencies Good ability to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques Expertise in applying machine learning algorithms and data science techniques Skilled in designing and implementing verification tools and methodologies for software features Innovative thinking in developing new approaches for field verification and data analysis Ability to create data-driven decision support tools for strategic decision-making Good problem-solving skills, especially in high-stress situations Competency in developing and refining prognostic and diagnostic algorithms Effective communication skills for presenting technical information Good leadership with effective collaboration skills What We Offer We offer you a role with full lifecycle responsibility for analyzing and interpreting data to optimize an important part of our systems.
