Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Director (Europe) to join our team and help us develop new customer relationships, business, and network. Our new colleague will lead initiatives and engage with potential clients to build new business for the company and upsell/cross-sell in existing accounts. Location:  Porto, Portugal; Belgrade, Serbia; or remotely within Europe. Requisitos You Are / You Have Business & Sales development is second nature to you. Highly motivated and target-oriented self-starter with a “can do” attitude. Ability to grow, develop, and maintain personal relationships at all levels (from operational to C-level). A passion for technology and solid Telco industry knowledge is a big plus. Experience with RFPs and negotiating with buying centers. Experience negotiating and signing Professional Services contracts. Flexible and creative. You will Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities. Contact existing and potential customers daily to generate new opportunities. Build relationships with new and existing clients and secure new business in the assigned accounts or region. Add new logos & open doors in the targeted region – and be rewarded for that! Control the entire sales cycle from the first customer approach to contract conclusion for new customers. Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes with the help of the pre-sales team, and overcome potential obstacles. Provide feedback and advise C-Level management on Sales strategies. Provide general product/solution overviews and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer contacts in CRM. What do you need? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in International markets (Europe as a main focus). Experience in sales of IT Services (Managed Services, DevOps, T&M) and Software. Solid knowledge of IT and Telecom industries. Experience in sales of Telecom BSS/OSS solutions is a big plus. Background in prospecting to IT decision-makers (C-level) is required. Experience with major Telecom transformation projects is a big plus. Proficiency in various modules including Order Care, code tables, APIs, Taxing Model, Versioning, Order negotiation, User Interface, Processes, and Service Registry. Solid experience in L2 support/incident management and L3 problem solving. Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented with a passion for excellence. In-depth knowledge of Telecom industry best practices and design patterns. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written. Creative problem-solving abilities with a logical mindset. Strong proficiency in server-side JavaScript and familiarity with WSDL, XSD, and XML. Expertise in Java, Oracle, and SQL. Familiarity with integration technologies/frameworks such as SOAP, JMS, and HTTP. Understanding of BSS Domain, particularly CRM, Configuring, Pricing & Quoting. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum Methodology.
