Inspired by the exciting new challenges associated with this revolution, Forvia anticipates the future of mobility developing cutting-edge solutions for smart life on board and sustainable mobility.If you’re willing to contribute and create value for tomorrow’s cleaner and smarter mobility, Forvia is the place to be.Bragança site looking for a Master SchedulerOverall responsibilities and duties:The role of the Master Scheduler within the plant is to fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production shopfloor.The main missions of the role are:Ensure the interface between customer needs and the production activitiesPrepare monthly the PIC (Sales & Operations Planning), to obtain a levelling of volumes and to optimise the resources (men, machines, materials and the capacity readiness of suppliers)Implement and drive the PDP (Master Production Scheduling) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer demandManage the pool and safety stocks levelsCheck that sequencer and procurements are consistent with the PDPCustomer contact missionsManage alert systems QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Degree in Engineering or Management, or similarExperience :Experience in production in an industrial environmentSkills and competenciesEnglish requiredSAPExcelProduction Scheduling & ControlPull system7 Delivery BasicsForvia Values: Drive, Accountability, Teamwork, Agility, Respect, Open-mindeness
